| Abstract: | Abstract: "Motivation" refers to the legal and constitutional obligation of judges to explain, clearly and methodically, the factual and legal grounds justifying their decisions. A judge must explain the reasoning behind their conclusion; as this is a right inherent to a democratic state, the legal argument rests on the Constitution and international treaties standards that administrative and judicial authorities cannot violate within procedural law. Any infringement upon this obligation compromises due process, the right to a defense, legal certainty, and the right to effective judicial protection. This study analyzed and evaluated the adequacy of the reasoning in the judgment issued in Case No. 03332-2024-XXXXX to determine whether it met the standards for sufficient motivation and to assess the soundness of the judge's rationale. The judgment was found to be well-reasoned and clearly articulated; given the absence of opposition, the plaintiff was able to successfully conclude the proceedings without issue and obtain a fair outcome, thereby confirming compliance with the standards for sufficient and proper judicial reasoning. |
