| Abstract: | Abstract: This study analyzes the reasoning behind Judgment No. 16331-2020-00510, issued on March 8, 2021, by the Civil Judicial Unit of Pastaza Canton in executive proceedings regarding the collection of a bill of exchange. It examines whether the reasoning provided is sufficient and correct in light of the precepts set forth in the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, the Organic General Code of Procedure, and Judgment 1158-17-EP/21 of the Constitutional Court of Ecuador. The reasoning structure is broken down into two key pillars the normative aspect and the factual aspect governed by constitutional principles and logical coherence. | Description: | Resumen:En este trabajo se trata de analizar la motivación de la sentencia No. 16331-2020-00510, del 8 de marzo de 2021 realizada por la Unidad Judicial Civil con sede en el cantón Pastaza en un juicio ejecutivo concerniente al cobro de letra de cambio en la que se debe analizar si hay motivación suficiente o correcta de acuerdo con los preceptos que se encuentran en la Constitución de la República del Ecuador, Código Orgánico General de Procesos y la sentencia 1158-17-EP/21 de la Corte Constitucional del Ecuador.
