| Description: | La Corporación CFC S.A., es una empresa autorizada en la generación de cartera automotriz a través de la colocación de fideicomisos mercantiles y la titularización de los mismos, en los plazos determinados en los contratos.
El fideicomiso mercantil es un contrato que tiene como finalidad obtener la administración de un bien por parte del fiduciario, o su enajenación para cumplir la finalidad propuesta por el constituyente, bien a su provecho o de un tercero.
El análisis financiero, nos permite establecer el nivel de liquidez, endeudamiento, actividad y rentabilidad económica de la Corporación CFC S.A, por ende establecer con seguridad, que las políticas adoptadas estén encaminadas a fortalecer el beneficio de los accionistas a través de un servicio eficiente.
Las facilidades para el desarrollo de este trabajo de investigación fueron viables, es por ende que no existieron mayores inconvenientes en el proceso del análisis financiero de la Corporación CFC S.A. This research is directed to the analysis the mercantile trust fund CFC Corporation SA from a legal and financial standpoint. CFC Corporation SA is a company authorized in generating auto portfolio through the placement of commercial trusts and securitization thereof, within the deadlines set in the contracts. The commercial trust is a contract that is aimed at obtaining a good administration by the trustee, or its sale to meet given by the constituent or to their advantage or third order. The financial analysis allows us to establish the level of liquidity, leverage, activity and profitability of the Corporation CFC SA therefore state with confidence that the policies adopted are aimed at strengthening the benefit of shareholders through efficient service. The facilities for the development of this research were viable; it is thus that there were no major problems in the process of financial analysis of CFC Corporation SA. |
