There are many ways in which people may differ by the preference of a work or other, there are obstacles to the admission of certain groups of workers to certain activities in the labour market, limiting them to a small number of occupations. Wage discrimination by gender in our country has been disappearing achieving that women can obtain equal treatment men within the Ecuadorian labour market. Note that you mentioned the most significant variables involved so that there is facing each other, sex discrimination in the years 2008 and 2012 has not been equitable participation of women in the Ecuadorian PEA, receiving these wages similar to the male sex. The degree of instruction of the woman also is no longer a problem to that face, which means that the majority of Ecuadorian women are a fair degree against the male sex. The Duncan index is which has been clear in a clearer way equality achieved by women against men between the years 2008 and 2012.
