| Description: | The project that has been developed seeks to expand the business scope of the restaurant Alivinatu to the village of Vilcabamba, in which the main procedure (method) is the production of organic and vegetarian food coming from its own farm, being developed in a sustainable way and promoting environmental protection.
On the other hand, the development of this business plan with the gathered information neglects the empirical method, having foundation on a system that allows processes to standardize their production, service and better manage the business through the financial analysis. El proyecto que se ha desarrollado busca ampliar el alcance comercial del restaurante Alivinatu expandiéndose a la parroquia de Vilcabamba, cuya principal diligencia será la elaboración de alimentos orgánicos y vegetarianos que provienen de su propia finca desarrollándose de forma sostenible y fomentando la protección del medio ambiente.Por otro lado el desarrollo de este plan de negocios con la información recopilada deja de lado el método empírico, fundamentándose en un sistema de procesos que permite estandarizar su producción, servicio y tener un mejor manejo del negocio gracias al análisis financiero |
