Necesidades de formación de los docentes de bachillerato de la Unidad Educativa de Informática Portoviejo , de la provincia de Manabí, ciudad de Portoviejo, periodo 2012-2013

Abstract

The present work is part of the research that the UTPL gives to the country, in a general review to obtain a diagnosis of the training needs of the teachers of high school at the national level, focusing on the Educational Unit of Computing "Portoviejo" of the city of Portoviejo, Manabí province, during the school year 2012-2013. The general goal of analyzing these specific training needs of teachers from high school through a transectional study, exploratory and descriptive allowed to recognize as the main pedagogical flaw recognition of learning difficulties of the students of the bachelor's level. The educational offer is directed to a socio-economic sector medium-low leads to the need to understand and analyze the root causes of the weakness of academic students within the reality of this environment. Why is presented as a resource to support a training course for 60 hours for creation, socialization and implementation of strategies technical-pedagogical that contribute to achieve significant learning to students with major risk factors and vulnerability socio-political and sectorial.
