Reingeniería para el fortalecimiento de la gestión empresarial de la Clínica Santa Martha de la ciudad de Chone en el primer semestre del 2014

Abstract

The purpose of this research project is to develop a strategy to strengthen the administrative management of the Clinic Santa Martha. The project uses input of both administration and operational staff of the hospital and also uses bibliographic information to develop theoretical foundations for improved management of the clinic. The overall purpose of this project is to strengthen the business management and practices of the Clinic Santa Martha by evaluating current practices, vis à vis staff input, and implementing new theoretical modes. This study was implemented during the first half of 2014 at the Clinic Santa Martha in the city of Chone, Ecuador. Through the research phase of this study specific objectives were determined to enhance managerial organization and operational procedures. These findings were implemented when creating new strategic planning for the Clinic. This creating a stronger and efficient management team for the clinic. This paper will discuss the findings made through interviews with staff and managerial philosophies researched for this type of business. Then, using the information gathered, promote a managerial organization strategy that can enhance the productivity of the Clinic Santa Martha.
