Análisis de los personajes en las obras Mi amiga secreta y Se necesita un superhéroe, de Juana Neira

Abstract

The literary works My Secret Friend and A Superhero is needed, from the ecuadorian author Juana Neira Malo, evidence a recurrent parallelism in the construction of their characters. They are written in the imagination of the Ecuadorian Child Narrative of the last decade, characterized by a typical urban, daily and contemporary capture; always marked by influences as the internet, television and publicity. The narrative analysis helps discover the scenario in which emerge the leading characters in a deep psychological complexity and who projects credibly relevant aspects of childhood reality with their fantasies, fears, desires and transformations. Adult characters, always flat and secondary are those who are present to direct the actions of children. Its functions are to protect and maintain the many affective links, indispensable in the family unity. The analysis also helps discover archetypal beings as old persons, ghosts, animals, heroes and villains which are recurring in these two works, where it is possible to identify typical dangers and conflicts which children are vulnerable and at the same time children´s joys and happy endings.
