Abstract

It is indisputable that the need for teacher training in this century is for the development of the country, it has been seen to be relevant in the contemporary world because we live in a society of knowledge and learning, since teachers are beings Of development and generators of intellectual capital. Undoubtedly in the Intercultural Bilingual School of Narancay seeks the improvement of life of its students, so that teachers must be acquiring continuous training in different areas of education, as well as social actors and the community in general. In addition the data obtained in the research show the needs of the teachers for the treatment, certainly not the only investigation of the training needs, are many in the country and abroad, since it is a perennial and necessary subject, also in the course of Life of human beings needs to form and improve therefore the proposed project with training and training is not over. Precisely having the human capital formed, with skills and competencies for its work will be institutional success.
