Necesidades de formación de los docentes de Bachillerato del Colegio Fiscal Técnico Milagro del Cantón San Francisco de Milagro, de la Provincia del Guayas, período 2012-2013

Abstract

The research work carried out at the Colegio Fiscal Técnico Milagro in the period 2012-2013, on "Training needs of teachers of high school" has allowed to determine strengths and weaknesses on training, training and pedagogical practice of teachers. Its objective is to analyze the training needs of high school teachers in the country's educational institutions.

The research is transectional / cross - sectional exploratory and descriptive with a quantitative approach whose data were analyzed using qualitative methods such as inductive, deductive, analytical, synthetic and statistical, as well as the technique of direct observation of teaching activity. When analyzing the results obtained with the application of the survey to forty-three teachers, establishes the need for training in the technological area that allows to innovate and improve the teaching work for the achievement of meaningful and constructive learning, working workshops On the digital world and education, allowing changes in the teaching way of the teacher and in the way students learn to achieve a greater formative potential.
