Empleo de la novela de aventuras para promocionar la lectura en los estudiantes de noveno a tercer año de bachillerato del colegio Mauricio Ravel

Abstract

This work was oriented to the "Employment of the novel of adventures as a means to promote the reading", they cited works published from the classicism and modern age. The present situation of the contemporary juvenile narrative of trips and adventures was enunciated; As well as its value in the reading training of secondary students from ninth to third year of high school. Works selected throughout history were affected by readers of all ages; These possessed the fundamental elements of the novel of adventure, as they are the presence of the hero, the trip, the adventure; And, by their nature, these novels responded to the interests and needs of the young and adult reader of the time. The research approach was quantitative and qualitative, the instruments allowed to obtain data from the perspective of the animators of the act of reading: learners, teachers, authorities of the institution and Ecuadorian writers of LIJ; A posteriori was proposed as an intervention proposal the reading promotion project "adventures to dream".
