Abstract

The present work of thesis that is the product of a theoretical-practical research has been done fulfilling the guidelines of the phases of systems development with the objective of achieving the elaboradon of the "Academic Management System and payment of pensions for ITSI CHONE ", This paper was presented as a thesis topic aimed at obtaining the title of third level in computer engineering. What we want is that anyone who reviews this document can clearly identify all the stages of its development. Every project must first start by knowing in detail the reality of its current situation, for our specific case, how are the qualifications registered? And how are payments accepted? Then in our first part of the work we will focus on these two fundamental questions and thus be able to determine the stage of analysis of the information system to determine the requirements. It should be noted that Annex NO 1 specifies the standards on which the IT Institute's system of qualification is based.
