Diseño de un modelo de gestión por procesos para la Unidad Educativa CENEST-HARVARD 2013-2014

Abstract

Abstract: This research paper presents a proposal of management design based on processes, with the sole objective of offering a tool to describe the correct way to execute the different processes for the development of the daily activities of the educational unit in research, with the purpose of helping to positively change the processes of the same, the collection of information is done and based on this delimit and individualize the problems, in addition the objectives and the hypothesis to be fulfilled are posed, the methodology to be followed, conducting personal interviews with the relevant persons of the educational unit. This information will show how the educational unit works and what its services are, a theoretical framework is elaborated in which the different definitions and the applied methodology are extracted, and in the end, based on the information collected and analyzed, the map of processes and flow diagrams of each process.
