Abstract: Global warming seems to be a very common topic today in the media, which focuses on vehicular pollution and electricity consumption, showing immediate solutions to reduce CO2 emissions, but against this we have That the construction industry, in statistical terms, consumes half of the resources and is responsible for 50% of the CO2 emissions, which is unknown to most people because long-term solutions are required. Of information added to the consumer way of life of societies, accustomed to the simplicity and routine of everyday life, obviate the use of efficient and sustainable technologies in the home, which can meet the needs of security, comfort, management and communications, It is thus that the present research work responds to the great need to save energy in our The technological advances offer a wide range of solutions from which the architecture can not be relegated, providing basic criteria that allow a quick, simple, adaptable application to the region and place, and everything that is sensitive to the Human condition, in order to assume responsibly, our corresponding role. The purpose of this thesis is to develop the present research topic, starting with the thesis topic that reflects the above problematic and unfolds based on the established hypothesis. The objectives in turn derive from the hypothesis, and seek argumentation motive of the present work, with a management of information based on the interpretation and comparison of the results of a process grouped in chapters
