Abstract:	It is as before such circumstances, I have chosen the development of this thesis topic: "Physical-Spatial Reorganization of the Center District of San Juan de la Virgen and Design of the Municipal Building", where I intend to make known in a very particular way a Sample of the typological characteristics of the outlying population centers of the Province of Tumbes and its problematic of urban-architectural character, in which I have considered the search for suitable solutions.
