Abstract

he purpose of this paper is to formulate the parameters for the implementation of the Urban Cadastral system of parishes: Malacatos and Vilcabamba, taking special care that the methodologies to be used are in accordance with our local reality, since the final products of our Work are directed to the taxpayer, to the user of the catatro, that is to say the ordinary citizen, who is to whom we must analyze it in a simple way, with objective and practical formulas, to value them of their prices.
