dc.description	En los tiempos actuales, los maestros y el sistema educativo se preocupan por los problemas de aprendizaje que ocurren un día, tales como los bajos logros estudiantiles causados por los estudiantes poco interés por aprender malas condiciones de enseñanza predominantes o el uso indebido de ciertos métodos , Técnicas o cualquier otro medio de enseñanza. Muy conscientes de los logros estudiantiles cada vez peor, nos hemos propuesto determinar los factores que caen en los niveles de promoción de los estudiantes, concretamente en los temas de lengua inglesa y nacional en el ciclo básico de las escuelas secundarias de nuestra ciudad sobre la base de Los siguientes aspectos.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	In the present day times, the teachers and the educational system it self are concerned about the learning problems that a very day occur, such as the low student achievements caused by students little interest for learning poor prevailing teaching conditions, or improper use of certain methods, techniques or whatever teaching means.
