dc.description	La presente investigación está relacionada con el clima de aula en el séptimo grado de Educación General Básica de la Unidad Educativa San Francisco de Asís, tuvo como objetivo “Diseñar una propuesta de intervención para mejorar el clima social de aula basada en la comunicación pedagógica del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje”. Los métodos que se utilizó son Analítico – Sintético, el Inductivo – Deductivo, para la recopilación de la información se utilizó como técnicas la encuesta, la misma que a través de cuestionarios de preguntas cerradas permitió medir las variables, el análisis de los resultados permitió plantear una propuesta de intervención para mejorar el clima de aula. Se concluye que los estudiantes y maestros coinciden en afirmar que es necesario un cambio en el clima de aula que los docentes generen mayor control y liderazgo en los procesos educativos. Por lo que se recomienda fortalecer los procesos de capacitación de los docentes para mantener la motivación en los estudiantes.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	The present research is related to the learning environment in the seventh year of Basic General Education of the Educational Unit San Francisco de Asís, aimed to "Design a proposal for intervention to improve the classroom social climate based on the pedagogical communication of the process of teaching-learning ". The methods used were Analytic - Synthetic, Inductive - Deductive, for the collection of information was used as survey techniques, the same that through closed questionnaire questionnaires allowed to measure the variables, the analysis of the results allowed to raise a proposal of intervention to improve the classroom climate. It is concluded that students and teachers agree that a change in classroom climate is necessary for teachers to generate greater control and leadership in educational processes. Therefore it is recommended to strengthen the processes of training of teachers to maintain motivation in students.
