Abstract

The socio-legal study of lawyers in free exercise. Ecuador Case, is a research study, qualitative and quantitative analysis developed in the Ecuadorian environment, specifically in the canton of Azogues, with respect to the present document, with the purpose of validating the hypotheses raised for the investigative study and also have decision information Regarding the different perspectives and variables that are being studied, being able to contribute to the solution of different problems and analysis of information. The process is developed in a technical way, establishing processes, research tools and structured analyzes to generate solid evidence of what is expressed in the results to which it converges. At the end of the research work, we will have representative and critical information regarding free professional practice in Ecuador, which will serve as the establishment of a baseline or diagnosis of each variable addressed, so that this information is useful for the actors Part of the research in a feedback and decisional sense, being able to build on its strengths and mitigate its weaknesses concerning its field of action
