| Description: | Abstract: This project is developed in a trading company of different types of construction materials and finishes. The company presents problems such as accumulations of unnecessary materials, waste of time in the search for material and tools, long preparation and cleaning times and little teamwork. The presence of these problems has triggered delays in orders and even loss of sales. These problems caused that the high management look for solutions to avoid that little by little the company loses competitiveness in the market and decided to start the "5S" methodology, in those critical areas. The objective of this project is to design a management model for the DELCAS distributor in the city of Zamora. The results obtained in this project were satisfactory, for the improvement of the image of the company in terms of order, cleanliness and classification, which will help to reduce the risks and to develop the commitment on the part of the personnel. It was concluded that the 5S model is of great importance in the administration and development of a company. |
