Necesidades de formación de los docentes de bachillerato del colegio Julio Matovelle del cantón Paute, provincia del Azuay, período 2012-2013

Abstract

The present investigated work it has the aim to analyze the needs of formation of the teachers of baccalaureate of the Educational Unit Fiscomisional "Julio Matovelle", of the province of the Azuay, canton Rules, in the period 2012-2013. The sample belonged 24 teachers. The descriptive investigation was applied because it allowed to know and to deepen the royal situation, object of study in the place itself of the events, with the purpose of proposing alternatives of solutions to the existing problems, as a course of educational formation / training. The methods used in the development of the work were inductively - deductively to analyze the information compiled in the process of investigation; the statistical method made the organization of the information feasible; the hermeneutic method allowed to accede to the bibliographical information for the production of the theoretical frame, fundamental axis in the development of the present study. The used technologies were the reading, and the survey. This document answers to the needs, expectations of the educational community, specially of the teachers who in his professional performance are the makers of the social transformation.
