Auditoría de cumplimiento del Código de Ética para el Buen Vivir de la Función Ejecutiva del Conjunto Nacional de Danza del Ecuador (CNDE), correspondiente al período 1º de julio de 2013 al 30 de junio de 2014

Abstract

The present audit of the Good Living Ethics Code of the National Dance Group, from the period of July 1ts 2013 to June 30th 2014, has the objective for this project that is evaluated the fulfillment of it during the first year of it´s implementation. In the present work, we can observe a detailed explants’ of the Institutional Horizon of the National Dance Group and at the some time the process of implementation of the good living code and all what it implies; Institutional principals and values, responsibilities and compromises, and their repercussion in daily life. During the audit we found the direct incident of this implementation and every of the servers which are part of the human talent and the group and it´s participants. With the analysis, for the next periods it could be taken the best decision and optimize the approach of the code, the identification of it´s participants with and the input of good living to society which is a constitutional rule the benefits to very one in the same way.
