Abstract

The present work in order to master's degree, it involves a review of integral audit to the Basic Plan of Central Administration of the Administrative Department of the Logistics force on earth by the period from January 1 to December 31 of 2013, considering the phases of the audit: Planning, Implementation, communication of results and Monitoring the comprehensive auditing, applying techniques of gathering information, with the purpose of determining if the operations and activities of that period, were reasonably as outlined in its financial statements, if carried out an adequate internal control, according to the compliance with the laws and regulations that govern the Land Force, and if it is reached the objectives presented in the financial year 2013. With the purpose to provide the maximum authority of the Land Force in particular to the Director of the Administrative Department of the army logistical, recommendations to improve the operations and activities developed in the logistic department Administrative Land Force that allow route to the achievement of the institutional mission with an appropriate use of the resources allocated.
