Abstract

Abstract: This audit of the Union of Professional Drivers of Zamora Chinchipe, aims to establish the degree of compliance with the goals and objectives set by the Board of Directors for 2013, by evaluating operational objectives in the audit period, to thereby conclude by issuing the final report of audit in terms of efficiency, effectiveness and quality. Management indicators designed in this project are controlling the entity to measure the operational objectives, which aims to help determine findings and thus to issue a recommendation plan and monitoring, which will be scheduled for which the entity correct the deficiencies identified in the audit performed. To start audit information of the Union of Professional Drivers of Zamora Chinchipe 2013 was collected, and then the different phases of the audit process, communication of results, conclusions and recommendations were made.
