Abstract

This project consists of developing a social-economics management model for the implementation of the popular urban tourism within the city, based on the culture, cuisine and customs of the habitants of a selected sector. The project seeks to analyze and propose the development of the urban tourism popular in a peripheral area of Guayaquil in a pilot district, to increase tourism in the city and at the same time caused a spill of direct and indirect benefits for the selected area and district. This can then be replicated in other neighborhoods or districts, contributing to urban development. It developed a tourist package, which seeks to promote the tourist development of the sector and of the selected district, detailing the steps to be followed for the creation and development of the same, to the point of monitoring and control. Similarly will outline the way to act or the inter-institutional relationships that must be maintained with the tourism of the country, both public and private institutions. Encompassing in the present document, all the necessary planning for the development of social-economics management model.
