Abstract

The research and development of this work at the end of titling, projected a morphological study of the orchid Paphiopedilum, with the goal of creating designs of modules that are applicable to environments separato´s Through the selection of three species of the orchid Paphiopedilum: Insigne, Sanderianum and Venustum, taking as part of a study to its flowers and through a design process modules were obtained, achieving with the same compositions which form part of the structure of room dividers. For this work was adopted fundamental concepts of design: repetition, concentration, rotation and radiation, as well as the influence of artists designers: Hsiao-Chi Tsai and Kimiya Yoshikawa. The work order to titling displays: a nuanced use of the flowers that nature offers us through the orchids of the genus Paphiopedilum; the interior design of the shared spaces room - dining room; a process of design patterns and their application to spacers of environments; finally the proposal and development of the same.
