Abstract

Abstract: This paper entitled "COMPREHENSIVE REVIEW OF AUDIT PROCESS OF ADJUSTMENT OF COMMERCIAL AND INSTITUTIONAL SCHOOL TRANSPORT METROPOLITAN TRANSIT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF QUITO, YEAR 2013", aims to verify compliance with the bases of the process in all its phases such as: Registration, Documents, Assessment Documents and Redress Applicant Vehicle Inspection Service, Motivated and Grant Report of the Administrative Enabling and Compliance Period Adjustments, Legal Constitution of the Operator, Operating Permit Granting the Regularization Process Commercial and Institutional School Bus and the legality of the documents, enabling the Bank to meet the shortcomings of the process and take corrective action. Visit to the entity being audited, gathering information for the preliminary and specific planning, program development work, questionnaires internal control and risk matrix: For the development of this work to titration different tools such as was used; allowing to evaluate and get results on the shortcomings that exist in the stages of regularization School Transportation Commercial and Institutional, generating findings, conclusions and recommendations for the entity.
