Determinación del coeficiente Ke para emisores de riego

Abstract

Abstract: This project is intended for the collection, analysis and interpretation of field data (pressure and flow) for various types of irrigation emitters (drippers, micro-sprinklers and sprinklers). To achieve this goal an electronic data collection system, was installed that comprises: pressure and flow sensors in conjunction with a data logger and HOBOware software, which register the information. This system allows to obtain representative and reliable results. The collected data allows to calculate the discharge coefficient Ke of the emitters, which is used for a comparative analysis of their behavior and performance through Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and Epanet 2.0 Software. The analysis of the information permits to compare the variation that exists with respect to factory specifications and provide a technical criteria of each emitters, wich is useful and applicable for future works of pressurized irrigation.
