Sistema de gestión de bienes del Gobierno Provincial de Loja

Abstract

The present thesis arises from the necessity to improve and automate processes of: 1.Income, 2.Allocation and disposal of fixed assets; 3. Come down, 4.Physical findings, 5.Reports, 6.Proceedings and 7.Labeling possessions that Gobierno Provincial de Loja (Loja Provincial Government) has, decreasing means the response of time for each process that is requested by Contraloría General del Estado. th To justify this project management software that enables property is developed, the same has been developed under the RUP methodology, based on artifacts of each phase, as well as being implemented with 3-layer architecture in conjunction with the framework CodeIgniter version 2.2.6 based on the MVC architecture and coded in PHP-5.3, this was accomplished with the requirements stipulated by the GPL to control their property; and so have a scalable, flexible and easy to use system. Finally it is building a mobile application developed with version 5.1.1 PhoneGap for higher Android devices 4.x, which scans the barcode and send them to the web server for the realization of assets is presented.
