Abstract

This research which theme is “The women social participation and their incidence in the cultural and educative development in any University In the center of the Country in 2013-2014 period”, constitute an essential report at the investigation lines development that the Loja Technical Particular University has, these are: Social Inclusion and participation, by the other hand It contributes with the problem of genre equety in the society: through this research the conscious level of the educative actors of the Superior Education Institutions which the research was done, has been increased: its analysis has permitted in the cultural and educative development, in order to encourage the linkage of the Superior Education Institution with the community for giving any answer by aspects that has relation with theoretical contents that permits foundation the women social participation in the cultural and educative development, the actual state of the women participation and their incidence in that development and finally the strategies that permit to fortify the women active participation.
