Un día de estos, de Gabriel García Márquez, análisis del cuento y estudio comparativo entre el discurso textual y el discurso cinematográfico

Abstract

Abstract: In this essay, the story tale Un día de estos ( One of these days ) by Gabriel García Márquez is analyzed. A comparative study among the textual discourse and the movie discourse of a short homonymous by the Instituto Cubano de Arte (Cuban Institute of Art) is made. The purpose of this investigation is to establish the concomitance and the differences among the literature work and its film outcome. With this objective in mind, the story tale and the short movie will be observed from their inherent characteristics. Furthermore, the close relation, during the last century, among literature and cinema will be revised, so that, later, these expressive ways is recognized considering their artistic individual character.
