Abstract

This degree work aims to identify and analyze the themes and motifs of the work I hate books Ecuadorian writer Soledad Cordova, work that has transcended time, be a source of joy for many children, motivating them the wonderful habit read. The first chapter contains a brief analysis of the authors examined during the course of this work , composed the background of the analyzed data, the author, his biography and an interview , as well as a summary of the analyzed . The second chapter contains the analysis instrument applied to detect the themes and motifs, it has finalized the themes and motifs found in the work. Making clear distinction between these and citing text fragments that were key to this discovery. The third chapter offers an analysis of these themes and motifs from the work towards the universal and children's literature. The fourth chapter a study of these themes and motifs is done, from children's literature and its impact on the actions of children.
