Auditoría de Gestión en el Área Promocional del Colegio Técnico Particular Mixto Sudamericano de la ciudad de Cuenca durante el año lectivo septiembre 2013 - junio 2014

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to provide an assessment on the management of the South American Promotional Area Private Joint Technical College located in the city of Cuenca, the same that allowed an overview of the operations related to the effectiveness and efficiency of the activities in the area. The work consists aspects Institution study subject where all the information characterizing respectively the same study area is described. There is also the analysis of the theoretical underpinning "Auditing"; according to meeting the audit normas force in the country. Finally in detail a report on the observations found by the professional auditor, who issued its findings and recommendations respectively to the person in charge of following up on the report. The importance of work is based on the contribution of the management audit will give a clear vision of the promotional area and allowing the manager to make decisions based on the findings.
