" Domino's Pizza, will help to create in his employees a culture of prevention in what concerns labor risks and the incident that they will be able to provoke in the working place. Aspects relating to the institution will be approached: it tells the history organizational, characteristics, mission, vision, foundations, precedents of management of the human talent with projection to the Security and Health in the work and organic structure. We will define the human talent, importance of managing the human talent, internal and external recruitment of the personnel of the organization, attitudes, aptitudes and experience to considering in the worker, examination pre occupationally, formation, training and training. We will check the labor risks in Aliservis S.A; chemical risks, physical risks, biological risks, mechanical risks, ergonomic risks, environmental risks, identification of harassment in the work and Burnout's syndrome. We will give an analysis and will realize a processing of information obtained with the application of the instrument, conclusions and recommendations.
