dc.descriptionLa presente investigación se titula “Variables psicosociales asociadas a la salud mental y consumo de sustancias en Estudiantes de Bachillerato de la Zona 7, distrito 11D06, circuito 11D06C02; distrito 11D01, circuito, 11D01C07_13_14; distrito 11D01,circuito 11D01C05_11 del Ecuador 2015.” Tiene como objetivo analizar las variables psicosociales asociadas a la salud mental y al consumo de sustancias. La metodología utilizada es descriptiva, transversal, cuantitativa, con una muestra de 156 adolescentes de 14 y 17 años de primero y segundo año de bachillerato de la Zona 7. A través del análisis de resultados, se evidencia que las variables que inciden en la salud mental del adolescente son inflexibilidad psicológica, resiliencia, ansiedad, depresión, y satisfacción vital, es decir son variables protectoras que permiten mantener una estabilidad emocional.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThis research is entitled "Psychosocial variables associated with mental health and substance use in High School Students Zone 7, 11D06 district 11D06C02 circuit; 11D01 district, circuit, 11D01C07_13_14; 11D01 district, circuit 11D01C05_11 of Ecuador 2015. "It aims to analyze the psychosocial variables associated with mental health and substance use. The methodology is descriptive, transversal, quantitative, with a sample of 156 adolescents between 14 and 17 years of first and second year of high school in Zone 7. Through the analysis of results, it is evident that the variables that influence adolescent mental health are psychological inflexibility, resilience, anxiety, depression, and life satisfaction, ie are protective variables that maintain emotional stability. Emphasizing that the variable social support was identified as a risk variable, checking that can affect the substance, because teenagers do not feel supported by their environment, causing difficulties in their personal, social and educational level, showing then that men have a higher level of substance than womenes_ES
