Abstract

Abstract:The degree to work is performed in order to implement the knowledge acquired during the years of study; likewise have extensive knowledge on the implementation of a compliance audit of a public or private entity, considering the laws that are governed by the area to be audited. Focusing on the concept of compliance audit according to White, Y (2009); This paper entitled "Audit of compliance with laws and regulations in the area of human talent Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Canton Paltas corresponding to the period January-December 2014" developed Same that was executed considering the audit process or stages established by the ISSAI 4100. It was concluded that in the GAD Paltas, entity investigated, there are shortcomings in the implementation of job evaluation processes, recruitment and selection, and performance evaluation. It is of great importance the development of this audit in the state, because its outcome, will guide the authorities to take the due corrective, improving the operation and administration of the institution.
