Abstract

Abstract: An action project for the Financial Evaluation of Health Facilities Level I note, in the 03D01 Azogues, Déleg, Biblián, belonging to the area 6th district, with so proper use of resources in the district, for which arises and develops 3 targets. The first in relation to the costing of services is the human resource processes in which the expenditure represents 54.7% of all district expenses, as well as at national and global levels. The second to assess the implementation of the 2014 budget, it becomes clear that the district has conducted an appropriate use of financial resources, which were granted for different areas. The third formulate strategies for improving the financial management of the district in which implementing a system of monitoring its activities that staff will give us a clear idea of the actual production of the same and meet the guidelines proposed by the model health, human talent forged in empowerment and institutional commitment.
