Abstract

Abstract: A Primary Health Care is when an individual (the user) enters the Integrated Health System; therefore, the resources allocated to this area must meet all the required necessities. In our country, like others in the region has limited resources going to Health Care. Consequently, the resources in each care facility should be optimized by the staff, who could become true administrators, this will succeed by having financial tools such as a cost/expense study and a financial reference of the medical services using the national medical service cost chart from 2014. With all these tools, strategies should be created to improve the financial management in the Level I Care Centers, all this context allows us to assess the relevance of this Intervention project where we were able to develop and validate the results obtained in the project, so that later the Care Facilty Vicentina which is part of the District 17D04 could use this information to make administrative and financial decisions.
