| dc.description | Resumen: La inexistencia de una evaluación financiera que permita conocer la realidad desde la perspectiva económica los servicios de salud que se brindan en el I Nivel de Atención del Ministerio de Salud Pública, generó la necesidad de realizar una evaluación financiera del centro de salud de Cojitambo y Centro de Salud de Nazón del Distrito 03D01 de la Zona 6 de Salud, se utilizó la metodología del marco lógico con sus componentes: matriz de involucrados, árbol de problemas, y árbol de objetivos, sé que han permitido realizar el coste de los servicios de salud, valoración económica de las prestaciones de salud, y formular estrategias de mejoramiento para fortalecer el uso adecuado de los recursos financieros de los centros de salud. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract:Due to the lack of financial evaluation in the first level of care the Ministry of Health, this project evaluates the financial components of the 2014 of health centers the Nazon and Cojitambo the 03D01 District Zone 6, by analyzing cost, billing of services, and develop strategies for improvement to contribute to the optimum use of financial resources. After using the methodology of the logical framework components: stakeholder matrix, problem tree and objective tree, the following results were obtained: 100% funded health services, 100% of economic assessments of health benefits, and strategies developed improvement of financial management. The Financial Evaluation for the period January to December 2014 made to health centers Nazon and Cojitambo has revealed the reality from the economic perspective of the services they provide to their users for decision-making. | es_ES |
