Abstract

Abstract: The administrative and financial information allows making short-term decisions by the management are duly processed and let managers use financial tools based on solid information that permits to recognize problems and select the best alternative solution. This work named "Analysis tools for administrative financiery short making decision and the application in the company construcciones y servicios conde S.C.C" was performed by analyzing all the tools to improve productivity, and is structured into three main sections, the first where the theoretical framework of administrative tools that will be useful to an understanding of logic and importance of this work will be analyzed, in the second section a situational analysis of the company is revised, finally in the third section, a practical exercise was performed using administrative tools and data company to give an overview of the position as a business and improvements for the future. Further work enables the company to consider performing a comprehensive planning to forecast the changes of the environment to achieve effectiveness and efficiency through a process of continuous improvement, also allows to review and change the cost structure model to clarify the registration and obtains better information regarding their structure. The accomplishments that were achieved when applying administrative financial tools meant for the company increased performance and efficiency and consequently a greater contribution of profits to shareholders.
