Abstract

Abstract: Sigchos Health Units, and Chugchilán Sarahuasi province of Cotopaxi 05D05 District, demanding the implementation of management models and financial administrative methods that can reflect a clear and objective manner the cost of each of its services, it has been implemented action project entitled, Financial Evaluation of Health Facilities from January to December 2014, where the methodology was based on a review of the data base RDACCA three units under the achievement of the following stages: A) Rising cost information based on financial reports, Material Resources and Production, collected standardized matrices, B) Income WinSIG information management program generating tables reflect the administrative costs against the budget allocated by the Ministry of Health. C) Formulation of strategies that enable sustainability to Management Management District. The objectives were met in full, creating a vision of the cost of medical services, leading to propose improvement strategies.
