| Abstract: | Abstract: This research took place in the operating units of the first level of MSP: Bethlehem Motupe and San Cayetano, belonging to 11D01 Loja District in the Province of Loja for the period January to December 2014, with the problem the lack of financial evaluation in these operational units. To carry the logical framework methodology used; involved matrix, problem tree and objectives and tools like Winsig program for the processing cost as well as the Tariff of the National Health System in force. This methodology 100% funded health services and health benefits economically valued at 100% was obtained, thereby allowing for financial strategies for improving these operating units. |
| Description: | Resumen: El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo lugar en las Unidades Operativas del Primer Nivel del MSP; Belén, Motupe y San Cayetano, que pertenecen al Distrito 11D01 Loja, en la Provincia de Loja durante el periodo Enero-diciembre 2014, teniendo como problema la inexistencia de evaluación financiera en estas unidades operativas. Para la realización se utilizó la metodología del marco lógico; matriz de involucrados, árbol de problemas y objetivos y herramientas como el programa del Winsig para el procesamiento de costos, así como también el Tarifario del Sistema Nacional de Salud vigente. Con esta metodología se obtuvo el 100% de los servicios de salud costeados, así como las prestaciones de salud valoradas económicamente en un 100%, lo que permitió establecer estrategias de mejoramiento financieras de estas unidades operativas. |
