| Descripción : | Abstract:The research program ", medicinal geographical distribution, reproductive biological, genetic and chemical diversity of plant species of interest, in the southern region of Ecuador" seeks to raise awareness about the species orellana, to preserve the diversity and have a source sustainable metabolites producing species of interest. In this context the present work was to evaluate the influence of growth regulators kinetin and gibberellic acid at concentrations of 100, 1000, 2000 and 3000 ppm, for three days 60, 90 and 120 minutes on the germination of seeds Bixa orellana in conditions in vitro. Using 1000 ppm of kinetin for 120 minutes 52% germination was obtained while for gibberellic using 1000 ppm for 120 minutes Acid 60% germination was obtained, the time of 120 minutes and the concentration of 1000 ppm the best for both treatments and controls both treatments were no germination. |
