| Abstract: | The present investigation is focused to the development of an execution audit that has the purpose of verifying the truthfulness, transparency and the personnel's correct acting that works in the UATH of Municipal GAD of the Canton Yantzaza, corresponding to the period January 1st at December 31st, 2014 as well as the execution of laws, regulations, normative and procedures guided to determine the historical, current and future situation of the Human Talent in order to guarantee the quality of this resource, in function of the administrative structure corresponding of the entity. For the execution of the execution audit the process was continued according to the guidelines of ISSAI 4100 that understand five phases like they are: initial considerations, planning, execution of the audit, valuation of the evidence and formation of conclusions and elaboration of the report. | Description: | La presente investigación se enfoca al desarrollo de una auditoría de cumplimiento que tiene la finalidad de verificar la veracidad, transparencia y el correcto desempeño del personal que labora en la UATH del GAD Municipal del Cantón Yantzaza, correspondiente al periodo 1 de enero al 31 de diciembre de 2014, así como también el cumplimiento de leyes, reglamentos, normativas y procedimientos orientados a determinar la situación histórica, actual y futura del Talento Humano, a fin de garantizar la calidad de este recurso, en función de la estructura administrativa correspondiente de la entidad. Para la ejecución de la auditoría de cumplimiento se siguió el proceso según las directrices de la ISSAI 4100 que comprende cinco fases como son: consideraciones iniciales, planificación, ejecución de la auditoría, valoración de la evidencia y formación de conclusiones y elaboración del informe. |
