Reconstrucción histórico-virtual de la Estancia Municipal “Zamora Huayco”, fraccionamiento y desarrollo urbano

Abstract

The architectural virtual reconstruction involves the application of advanced technologies applied to activities that are linked with archeology and cultural heritage in order to recreate a lost or on the way to this cultural asset, helping his current interpretation without intervening materially on it in order to encourage such research, documentation, preservation and dissemination, this according to the technological advances of the moment. The purpose of this work is to develop a virtual reconstruction in former Municipal Estancia Zamora Huayco, intending to publicize this and future generations, the way of life of the rural man of the twentieth century, its architecture, space management and available resources. Moreover, to reconstruct the process of forming the stay and fractionation and analysis of urban growth after the agrarian reform and how the formation of these large tracts of land has affected so far in shaping the city of Loja.
