Diseño de complejo turístico a través del análisis morfológico y constructivo de las viviendas tradicionales en Vilcabamba

Abstract

Abstract: Vernacular architecture is the predecessor to new and innovative trends in design and construction: the analysis of morphology and traditional construction systems of Vilcabamba, arises the need to recover, learn and strengthen the knowledge of traditional architecture in a resort chord in the middle. It is confronted by the literature research on the topic in the sector, visits the sector to make information more efficient. A survey tourist areas and traditional elements that characterize traditional housing and the need for new uses is determined. It is essential to make a planímetrico survey of existing housing typologies to identify their functional, formal and structural characteristics. It is established that the construction is the adobe systems, which results in good stability characteristics, durability and economical. Furthermore thematic plans of the sector where the construction system, its height, its operation, which gave us specific guidelines for the development of this project, with a mixed system of adobe and structure implementing corresponding improvements was confirmed was made.
