Plan de desarrollo estratégico turístico sostenible de la Parroquia Malacatos Cantón Loja

Abstract

Abstract: In the present work "Strategic Plan of Sustainable Tourism Development of the parish Malacatos", a situational analysis of the parish is executed first, where areas such as physical spatial, social cultural, ecological territorial, productive economicand political administrative are detailed. Later the tourism potential of the parish was identified considering the demand and the tourist offer, likewise the existing tourism issues through the analysis of strength, weaknesses opportunities and threats (SWOT) became known. Finally, the Strategic Plan of Sustainable Tourism Development in the Malacatos parish was designed, which is composed of five programs and ten projects, describing the guidelines in the short, medium and long term, which were identified by the on-site visits made in the parish. The proposed projects aim to improve the economy of the sector through the exercise of tourism activities, through achieving the intended goals, all through the use of natural and cultural resources of the Malacatos parish.
