Necesidades de formación de los docentes de bachillerato. Estudio realizado en el Colegio Técnico Manuel Segundo Ormaza Briones, del cantón Azogues provincia del Cañar, de la parroquia Pindilig, periodo lectivo 2012-2013

Abstract

We investigated the training needs of high school teachers. Study carried out in the school Manuel Segundo Ormaza Briones of the canton Azogues of the province of Cañar, of the parish Pindilig teaching period 2012-2013, which is the general objective. We sought the training needs of teachers at the technical baccalaureate level, it is a fiscal institution with a population of nine teachers where they were applied a questionnaire that was filled in a very cooperative and voluntary. The type of research is descriptive-exploratory where an initial exploration is done as is the observation and then through a questionnaire applied to the investigated teachers, data relevant to the study are obtained. It is descriptive because it makes a description of the data collected that are product of the application of the questionnaire this instrument was given by the UTPL. The information was processed and concluded that the priority need of the teachers of this site is the training course in methods and didactic resources for the teaching-learning process.
