Necesidades de formación de los docentes de bachillerato del Colegio Particular La Presentación del Cantón Quito, Provincia de Pichincha, período lectivo 2012-2013

Abstract

The objective of the present study is to diagnose the training needs of the high school teachers of the Presentation School of the Province of Pichincha, the students with whom the teacher interacts in the day to day, are adolescents with all the characteristics of that age , So it is important that teachers are trained continuously and more than anything in an efficient and practical. A survey was carried out to the teachers of the bachillerato about the training needs for their teaching work. This survey revealed the need for a comprehensive reading training as a tool that allows a better understanding of the subjects and a tool so that the students can appropriate all that knowledge that we have available and often we do not know. The society is changing and updating itself technologically to steps so great that the training is not only an obligation or a right, the training must be in the veins of every teacher who wants the best education for his students who are the generation of a new Ecuador
