Necesidades de formación de los docentes de bachillerato del Colegio Fiscal Técnico Milagro del Cantón San Francisco de Milagro, de la Provincia del Guayas, período 2012-2013

Abstract

Abstract: The investigative work realized at "Colegio fiscal Técnico Milagro" high school in the period of 2012-2013; about "Training needs of teachers in senior high school", has allowed to determine strengths and weaknesses on education, training and teaching practice of the teachers. Its aim is to analyze the training needs of teachers in senior high school at educational institutions of the country. Research is transeccional/transversal exploratory and descriptive, quantitative approach where data were analyzed using qualitative methods such as inductive, deductive, analytical, synthetic and statistical as well as the technique of direct observation of teaching. Upon analysis of the results obtained with the implementation of the survey of forty-three teachers, establishing the need for training in the area of technology that allows innovate and improve teaching work to achieve a meaningful and constructive learning, working workshops on the digital world and education, allowing changes in the way teachers teach and how students learn to achieve greater learning potential.
